LET’S START WITH YOUR PROJECT
What would you
like documented?
Your roof, new home, addition, vacation property, venue, wedding, or commercial project—tell us what you would like to see, share, or remember.
- One visit or repeat coverage
- Interior and aerial coverage
- Scope and pricing agreed in advance
Serving the West Michigan Lakeshore from Grand Haven to South Haven, and Grand Rapids.
PLAN THE RIGHT COVERAGE
A little preparation.
A clearer project scope.
You do not need a finished documentation plan to get started. Share your project’s city, current stage, and the moments or details you want to preserve. Farmers and homeowners can contact WEMAD directly, and builders and remodelers can request coverage for their project teams.
If drywall is approaching
Include the expected insulation or drywall date and which rooms or systems will be ready to photograph. Access should be coordinated with your builder while framing, wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and blocking remain visible. Mention whether you have a floor plan available and any particular details or field measurements you would like discussed.
For aerial progress or mapping
Tell us how you will use the record: homeowner updates, recurring construction progress, property imagery, farm field and drainage review, or an overhead view of a changing site. Useful details include the approximate project size, important milestones, and the photographs or file formats you need. Repeat viewpoints and capture dates depend on site access and suitable flight conditions.
For roof, venue, or event photographs
A single photo visit is welcome. For roof imagery, describe the visible areas you want to share with your roofer. For a venue or wedding, include the date, property contact, intended image use, and the views or moments you have in mind so we can plan coverage with your team.
What happens after your request
Your request is saved for WEMAD to review. Richie can discuss the coverage, timing, access, and delivery with you before scope and pricing are agreed. A form submission does not reserve a visit. If the next construction stage is close, call 616.935.2121 so the timing can be discussed directly.
