Meet Richie &
Tammy Campbell.
A home is more than a building. It’s where we care for one another, create memories, and invest in our future.
We built a guest home for a loved one so we could provide care and keep family close. That experience gave WEMAD’s work a deeply personal purpose: helping people preserve the story of their build, along with the details they may need years from now.
As a two-time cancer survivor, Richie knows how much the people, places, and moments in our lives matter. He brings that perspective to WEMAD, pairing personal attention with professional construction documentation from the air and inside the home.
Tammy serves as Branch Director of Ele’s Place West Michigan, a nonprofit supporting children, teens, and their families as they navigate the death of someone important in their lives. Her work reflects the care for family and community that we share.

Every home starts with a reason. Ours was bringing a family member closer.
Our builder did a wonderful job. We love the finished home. But there are chapters we wish we’d photographed more fully: the aerial view as the property changed, and the plumbing, wiring, and mechanical systems before they disappeared behind the walls.
That experience shaped WEMAD’s approach. We document the moments and practical details you want to keep, with visits planned around meaningful milestones.
For homeowners, that means memories and a reference for future projects. For builders and remodelers, it means a dated visual record that is organized and easy to share.
